Although our program is hosted at Brooklyn College, BCALP students are considered non-matriculated students and are therefore not granted the same privileges as a fully matriculated paying student. 

Can I use school parking? 

Hourly street parking is available near the college. If you would like to purchase a parking permit please see the bursar at the West Quad. 

Can I use the gym or pool? 

If you would like to have access you will need to buy a membership at the bursar located on the first floor of the West Quad. 

Can I use the wifi? 

No, only fully matriculated students, faculty, and staff have accounts that connect to the wifi. If you would like to use a computer you can do so by going to the library. 

Can I use the Brooklyn College Library? 

Yes, BCALP students are able to use the computer lab and borrow books. Please see a librarian for a barcode to be added to your BCALP student ID. Printing is also available to our students, but at a price. 

Can I request a tutor? 

No, only fully matriculated students can request a tutor at the Learning Center. When available our program offers Math tutoring for GED students in the afternoons.
